Terms of delivery:
All orders are handled as quickly as possible in the order of approach.
As a general rule all books are available once. We therefore reserve to us
the right of a prior sale to other orderers and the purchase within our
retail shop. An agreement for sale is principally accomplished only by the delivery.
Information about a title given by phone is generally noncommittal, cause
prior sales or differences with our inventory might occur.
All descriptions of the state of the books are carried out to the best of our knowledge.
Smaller deficiencies are not always mentioned but these are taken into acoount
by the price.
Prices are in EURO and include lawful MwSt (german tax: 16%)
Delivery proceeds at your expense and your risk. Conditional sale applies according to
§ 455 BGB. Place of fulfilment and court of jurisdiction is Stuttgart.
Articles brought to account are to be paid 14 days after reception of the article.
On outstanding payment all reminder and collection charges are to your account.
Delivery to new clients is carried out against prepayment, optionally by
advance payment to our account or by payment by VISA/Mastercard.
law for distance selling (Fernabsatzgesetz)
Every orderer, as a consumer in the sense of §13 BGB, is entitled by the
law for distance selling a right of withdrawal within 1 month.
The time limit starts at the earliest with the reception of the article and this
instruction. To ensure this time limit, a corresponding statement by letter, fax
or E-Mail or the redelivery of the article suffices. The returned article
must be in the state in which the ordered received the article.
With value of goods larger than 40,- EUR Müller & Gräff bears the costs of the return.
In this case, Müller & Gräff forwards a freeway tag as an adhesive label
for the package or refunds postal charges paid by the client so far to an
account specified by the client.
Shipments free of charge by a client are generally not accepted.

within germany: book shipment EUR 2,50, packets 5,00 EUR.
Shipment above 1000 gram or valued higher than 50,00 EUR are forwarded as packets.
Outside of germany shipment charges are differentiated by weight.
(example: shipment up to 1000 gram 5.00 EUR)
